Brooks Custom teams up with Poggenpohl
Brooks Custom teamed up with Poggenpohl to offer the "Alternative Materials for Countertops" course for New York City architects. Sessions were held on 9/29/10 and 10/20/10. Many thanks go out to the staff at Poggepohl for hosting the event in their Park Avenue showroom!

Brooks Custom hosts NKBA Westchester Chapter Meeting
Brooks Custom hosted the monthly NKBA Westchester Chapter meeting. Richard Brooks demonstrated the durability of the Verdicrete Concrete Countertops. He proved they are stain-proof, heat-proof and can withstand weights over 600 pounds with no impact on the top!
"Avec Eric" displays Brooks Custom Butcher Block countertops!
One of the world’s greatest chefs of the award-winning restaurant Le Bernadin, Eric Ripert stars in the PBS television series, “Avec Eric”. In the show, Eric visits locations where food and traditions come together to create really special dining experiences. The show takes viewers to the source of his culinary inspiration and then back to his restaurant, and his home kitchen to see how that inspiration turns into a recipe. Featured in Eric's Home kitchen....is a Rock Maple Edge grain butcher block by Brooks Custom. The show is currently recording it's second season.

Architectural Digest Home Design Show featuring Brooks Custom's Verdicrete Countertops and Wall Panels
Verdicrete countertops and wall panels were recently displayed at the 9th annual Architectural Digest Home Design Show at Pier 94 in New York City. Partnering with Poggenpohl International as co-sponsors, our products were displayed in the Culinary Pavillion where New York's top chefs prepared their cuisine and provided cooking demonstrations.
