Warranty

Warranty for Metal, Glass and Verdicrete Countertops

  • All Brooks Custom products come with a Full One Year Warranty.
  • Brooks Custom will repair or replace, at their option, any faulty product deemed to have been caused by manufacturing defects.
  • Items must be returned to this location if not installed by us.
  • Incidental work or adjacent materials are not included in warranty coverage.

Warranty for Wood Countertops

  • All Wood and Butcher Block countertops have a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
  • Brooks Custom will repair or replace, at their option, any faulty product deemed to have been caused by manufacturing defects.
  • Items must be returned to this location if not installed by us.
  • Incidental work or adjacent materials are not included in warranty coverage.
  • End Grain and Edge Grain Chopping Blocks require frequent oiling. Brooks Custom will not warranty against cracking, splitting and warping due to drying.
  • Standard Plank tops require a reapplication of the Waterlox finish every 1-2 years to maintain their water and stain resistance.
  • Premium Wide Plank tops require no maintenance to stay water and stain proof.
  • The size and shape of wood countertops change within tolerance due to conditions such as heat and humidity.
  • All shipped wood countertops must be removed from the crate within 30 days of delivery. Any claim for shipping damage must be made within that time.

Warranty for Range Hoods

  • All Hoods come with a Full One Year Warranty.
  • We will repair or replace, at our option, any faulty product deemed to have been caused by manufacturing defects.
  • Our blowers have a 5 year warranty.
  • Normal wear and tear and unauthorized or unqualified service work are not covered.

Warranty for Sinks, Back Splashes, Wall Panels, Fireplace Surrounds

  • All Brooks Custom products come with a Full One Year Warranty.
  • Brooks Custom will repair or replace, at their option, any faulty product deemed to have been caused by manufacturing defects.
  • Items must be returned to this location if not installed by us.
