1. Pricing proposal: includes project details, pricing options, shipping / delivery costs and time. 1 day

2. Receipt of your purchase order and deposit via check or credit card.

3. Order confirmation Invoice is sent to you via fax or email. 1 - 3 days

4. Shop drawings, after detail choices, are sent to you via fax or email.  1 - 4 days. Highly detailed, or sizable projects may take longer to engineer. Corrections and resubmissions will be handled on an expedited basis.

5. After shop drawing approval and sign off by you, fabrication commences. Please note the stated time for completion on your initial proposal. We take this commitment seriously and make every effort to stay on schedule. Material availability, and popular seasonal deadlines may affect normal schedules. Feel free to call and get updates on the projected completion time.

6. Once fabricated shipping or delivery arrangements will commence. Delivery and Installation schedules may vary with season and location.

7. Balance is due prior to shipping or at delivery.
